Venus Bar is known for its original mixology, offering signature creations like the Marble Cocktails, inspired by the white marble of Carrara and the black marble of Portovenere; the Basil Smash, a mocktail highlighting Liguria's famed herb; and the Ca' du Kir, a twist on the classic Burgundy cocktail made with local Vermentino wine.
