In accordance with Decree 24/2023, Frontemare S.r.l. has established and made available to potential whistleblowers an internal reporting channel via a platform accessible through the link below, which guarantees the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, the identity of the person involved or mentioned in the report, the content of the report, and the related documentation.

Only authorized individuals have access to the reporting channel. Reporters are encouraged to use only the established channels which offer greater security guarantees.

The reporting administrator provides a document that briefly outlines the procedures and requirements for submitting reports through the internal reporting channel.
